Educational service
Clarvo provides exam-preparation tools, study notes, practice activities, past papers and other revision materials. Clarvo does not guarantee examination results, and availability of particular papers, corrections or features can change as content is reviewed, licensed, corrected or updated.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting your account and using it lawfully. Premium or other account benefits are linked to the verified Clarvo account and may not be resold, transferred, shared through credential abuse or manipulated.
Content and contributions
Submitted content may be reviewed, rejected, removed or moderated. Users must not upload unlawful material, malware, personal secrets, copyrighted material they are not permitted to share, or content that violates another person's rights.
Past papers and external material
Exam papers, notes, project reports and other educational material may come from public, licensed, contributed or institutionally supplied sources. Availability can be restricted or removed when rights, accuracy or source verification cannot be established.
Payments and subscriptions
Only payment methods explicitly shown as live may charge real funds. Development simulations never represent real purchases. Store-distributed builds follow the billing and payment rules of the destination store, and Clarvo may disable an external payment flow where a store does not permit it.
Advertising
Supported Android builds may contain clearly separated advertising. Rewarded access is optional and should only grant the benefit described by the app after the reward is completed.
Account deletion
You may request permanent account deletion using the Clarvo app or website deletion flow. Deletion removes Clarvo cloud learning data and the associated Firebase Authentication identity, subject to limited operational records that must temporarily remain for security, legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
Service protection
Clarvo may rate-limit, suspend or block abusive access, automated attacks, fraud, attempts to bypass paid or rewarded access, or activity that threatens other learners or the service.
